Looking Back
Been doing a fair bit of thinking.
In the not-too-distant future, when im in one of those reminiscent moods, i'll most probably look back at past events which took place in my life.
I'll look back and laugh at all my past insecurities; and endeavour to get rid of any remaining.
I'll look back and remember all the wonderful times spent with my friends and family; and hope for more.
I'll look back and experience regret at all those missed opportunities (what could have been, but never was); and pray not to miss any in the future.
I'll look back and scoff at all of my faux pas and embarassing moments; and wonder whether they happened for a reason.
I'll look back at all the people that i have ever met; and consider what would have happened if i had not met them.
I'll look back at all the decisions made in my life; and ponder whether making them was the right choice.
