Complacency - Root Of All Failure
We paid the ultimate price for our over-confidence. What should have been 3 points for our taking turned into a disaster game for us. At the final whistle, as we trudged off the field dejectedly, the score read TJ 1 - YJ 3.
We didnt play our usual brand of football that coach wanted. The tactics and plays which were supposed to be ingrained in us, were virtually non-existent. In short, we played like a bunch of headless chickens.
The defence must take the blame for all 3 goals. I for one got owned by the left winger. I am completely demoralised now. Today's horrendous display makes me feel that i dont deserve to be in the team.
