Almost...
I realised that TJ seems to need time to get settled into the game. The first half was seriously atrocious and we were 1-0 down at halftime. I kept missing all the high balls, and i was 80% sure that i would be substituted. Instead, i was shifted from right-back to left-back. I guess the faith which coach and mr tong put in me spurred me to get back my focus. The second half display by our whole team was more encouraging and we really took the game to NY. We managed to equalised through sheer grit and persistence. But, barely moments after our goal, NY capitalised on our lax defending and scored another goal to break our hearts.
I guess we have only ourselves to blame for the loss; but on a more positive note, we showed that we could play well if we wanted.
