On another note, I faced my first 'trial' today sotospeak.
"Peer pressure in the army"
Despite repeated calls for me to go clubbing with them, i managed to stay true to my values and refuse my platoon mates. Don't get me wrong, im not saying that clubbing is a depravity which deserves to be boycotted; but ive just made it part of my personal 'code of conduct' to not partake in it. Anyway, it wasnt really hard for me to resist this particular brand of temptation; i simply cant dance to save my life and neither do i enjoy standing around and being a wallflower. Ergo, my willpower wasnt exactly taxed to the max.
Oh crap, my block leave is passing by too fast for comfort.
