Seven Days
Had a relatively fun day today. Went to school to meet Mr Fazli at 12pm to have a consultation session with him regarding maths. Really showed me that i need lots of work to improve my maths. Anyway, i chatted with him quite a bit and discovered that actually he's not so bad after all. He does put in lots of dedication to his work and strives to help his students improve. At one point of time, my phone rang and then he surprised me by asking "Is that Iris?" (referring to my ringtone) After that, he was humming the Iris tune thoughout the remainder of the session. Haha, it was quite funny and cool at the same time. Took me quite a lot of effort not to burst out laughing or for that matter, start singing! (my classmates who are reading this will know that that IS a hard thing for me to do) =P
Anyway, after that i went to cityhall to meet marc. Went to HMV while waiting for marc (who, being marc, was late ;P). Found Darren Hayes' album, but it wasnt the one i was looking for. DARN!!!! For your info, Darren Hayes was the lead vocalist of my favourite pop group, Savage Garden. I absolutely adore him. He has the most heavenly falsetto ever, and his songs are all very catchy and meaningful. Met with marc, and proceeded to play pool at Marina Square. I think that we are both impelling each other to improve in pool. We're quite amatuerish still but we're both trying to improve. Gone have been the days where straight balls were our only chance of potting the ball. At least now, we know how to execute precise angled shots, as well as placing a greater emphasis on positioning. Sam joined us later. Played some daytona after that, and lets just say that it was nail-biting stuff. HAHAZ. Seriously. We were playing with 2 other people and cars were going flying everywhere like some car stunt show.
Approxiamtely 14 more days to school reopens..
And i want to play cage...
