Holy Matrimony

Attended Skai and Abigail's wedding today.

A relatively novel experience for me. The last time i attended a church wedding was way, way back. The past few "weddings" that ive attended have always been traditional-chinese-type-dinners. Not exactly in the mould of rom-coms, i might add. Shark's fin and loud proclamations of "Yam-seng" always seem to dominate my perceptions of weddings in recent years.

So, today's church wedding really served to bring back those "oh-so-sweet" memories which i might have had when i was a decade younger.

When Skai and Abigail began exchanging wedding vows, ive got to say..

Wow.

The atmosphere was absolutely priceless. Throughout the whole ceremony, you could really feel something warm and fuzzy emanating from within; and with the mandatory "I do" pledge taken by both parties, it was an experience which truly highlighted the wonders of human love and affection.

And i wasnt even the one getting married. I can only imagine how happy and contented Skai and Gail must have felt.

And P.S.

Ushering is super fun!!! Anybody getting hitched soon? I dont mind volunteering as an usher or even a flower boy :P
