Gloom
TJ's been like a ghost town ever since the prelims ended. With the J1s busy with their promos and most of the J2s sinking into bouts of depression, the whole school seems to be blanketed under a veil of despair.
Hope it doesnt stay this way for long..
Ran with Charles today. My butt and quads really are aching like crazy now. All thanks to my over-optimistic interval training.. Sprinted the first round, but cramped up halfway through the second. I really must know my limits, and understand that after 4 months without high-intensity training, one should not be too over-zealous.
Table-tennis with Tommy, Piyo and QinJie was fun too.
At the risk of sounding like a bad influence... tennis tomorrow anyone?
