Run

Running has a way of letting you forget your worries. When you run, your mind is cleared of any unhappy thoughts. You find yourself just soaking in the scenery, listening out for every little sound and breathing in the sweet air(metaphorically of course, considering the bane which is air pollution). Life at its finest, if you ask me.

Went with Charles for our weekly run to East Coast today. It started to drizzle when we were still at the beach and we ended up racing against the weather. We still got wet in the end though (just goes to show that Mother Nature ultimately reigns supreme).

Charles - RipCurl Supermodel :P

Love this scene; portrays a somewhat serene image

Both of us drenched and having to take refuge at a bus-stop

Must keep smiling... life's too short to frown my way through.
