Hancock
So, met the class to watch Hancock.
What can i say?
Hmm, i felt that the movie started off well but waned in the second half. Ive always enjoyed watching movies starring Will Smith (yes, even the critically panned Wild Wild West). Perhaps, this is the reason why i feel that Hancock has done enough to garner a decent 3 out of 5 stars in my book. There were a few scenes which attempted to gain the audience's sympathy towards the titular hero's sorry state, but on the whole, it failed to convince me entirely. And the plot contrivances leave much to be desired for. Perhaps the scriptwriters did not want to bog viewers down with too many character origins; but i still felt that a little bit more (believable) character development would have been great.
Japanese yet again
I love Japanese food!!! Haha, my mom and dad are convinced that ill end up marrying a japanese wife in the future.
Oh wait, but that means that i have to pick up japanese again.. that's going to be a challenge seeing that i totally flunked all my jap exams in sec 1.
