Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining
NAPFA today.
Was feeling really sick throughout the course of the day, and i almost wanted to go home .
But i decided 'what-the -heck, lets just give it my best shot.. i mean, what's the worst that can happen? Collapse and die, thats all?'
Anyway, i came out of the test relatively unscathed. And i think i might have done enough to earn myself a silver award. Finally.
After a year of fretting over my pathetic jumping skills (incidentally, i dont really see how jumping far can help in the army - unless it's a skill required when we've got to jump over landmines) and equally pathetic arm power, ive finally been able to do enough to ensure at least a silver.
Thanks to my classmates who were cheering for me and the others during the 2.4km run; your cheering really spurred me on. Thanks also to all my friends who encouraged me in one way or another!
